The Founder and former CEO of Jammin for Kids Sake founded in 1992. She has been given many a certificate by the City of Los Angeles, and surrounding communities and written up in the Time Newspaper as far back as 1992. Jammin for Kids Sake was created to teach inner city teens about the Business of the Entertainment Industry and to showcase their talents. Participants of the program learned how to make a career out of their creative talents by being taught the mechanics of writing, producing, publishing, manufacturing and performing.(*Sherry Jenkins has taken over Jammin for Kids Sake as Executive Producer and will continue the legacy I have left. She has moved on to create a newsletter Sheilas Journal featuring articles on entertainment, what's going on in our communities, etc. and working on my Website JamminTalent.com and also I'm teaming up with André Banks (Platinum Plug Entertainment, Inc.) and Pat Stone (Stone Entertainment) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Yes, there are definitely more exciting shows, workshops, and special events yet to come from the creative mind of Ms. Sheila Ferguson.
